Strategic Issues and International Relations 
Daood Gilani aka david headley was born in 1960, to 20 year old Serrill Headley, a liberal young women, working in pakistani consulate as secretary and His pakistani father Syed Saleem Gilani (then 32). The couple moved to pakistan and divorced around 1964 when headley was 4. Serrill Headley married and later divorced a second Pakistani – an executive – before returning to Philadelphia.She fought to get his custody for long years and won in 1977, when he was 17.
